In this beginner to intermediate class we’ll be learning how to create the classic bust—a portrait including the head, neck and shoulders of a subject. We’ll be approaching the subject with a beginners review of portraiture, using simple formulas to construct a proportionate face, while adding in an understanding of how the neck and shoulders influence the placement of the face to create fluid, natural portraits.
